Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meetings take place at the end of September each year. At these meetings, all BIA members are invited to attend and learn about the work of the BIA over the previous year, have their voice heard regarding plans for the upcoming year, and vote on a proposed budget for the following fiscal year.
The 2017 AGM will take place in September. More details to come.
Prior to attending the meeting, we request that all members are in good standing and registered with HxBIA. You can register online here.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Please submit a signed proxy form prior before or at the meeting. The form can be found here.
