From Tuesday August 23 to Saturday August 27, Cinara will be handing over its keys to Chef Jesse Grasso as part of their Kitchen Take Over Series. Jesse Grasso is Head Chef of Toronto’s The Black Hoof, and has previously worked at Bao Bei and La Quercia in Vancouver. We are excited to see (taste!) what Chef Grasso cooks up in the Cinara kitchen! With his vast knowledge and remarkable technique, this is a culinary event not to be missed!
